Service

Shipment

Orders placed on weekdays before 16:30 (GMT+1) and whose goods are in stock will be shipped the same day.

Standard shipments within Europe will be delivered by UPS of DHL. We make the choice depending on the delivery address and the volume of your order. Deliver usually takes place during business hours. if you are not present, the package will be offered a second time. If the second time no on is present you will receive a message to inform you at which dress you can collect your package.

We ship without any additional cost, as long as the total order value of your order excluding VAT is €75,- or more. For order with a lower value, the shipping costs are €7,-.

If you would like to receive your order on Saturday, please contact us. We will make sure that your order will be delivered on Saturday. For this service we do not charge you with any additional costs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation, which includes a “track and trace code” that allows you to follow your order.

If you need a different delivery method, we can offer various solutions such as worldwide shipping, courier, express consignment, delivery after 18:00 or another delivery date. Contact us regarding the possibilities. The costs are depending on various factors and we would gladly make you a suitable offer.

Payment

We offer various payment methods. You can indicate in your order by which method you would like to pay. You can pay your order in the following ways:

Creditcard (Visa and mastercard): Is a safe and secure online payment method where you pay the credit card company afterwards. The payment can be delayed due to the authorization of the credit card company.

Paypal: A very popular secure payment method. You pay with your email address. It’s not necessary to provide any additional financial information. We will not receive any information regarding your bank account or credit card.

On account: This payment method is offered to companies and institutions established in the Netherland or Belgium. We require your Chamber of Commerce and VAT number to obtain a statement from a rating agency. With a positive rating, we only ship to shipping addresses that are registered with the Chamber of Commerce. the standard payment term is eight days or otherwise agreed.

Bancontact / Mister Cash: This is the online payment system by Belgian banks. Your online order will be directly authorized and immediately enters the order process.

Prepay:As soon as the outstanding amount of the proforma invoice has been received to our bank account, your order will be dispatched. This can cause a delay of one or two days

Cash: When you pick up your order, it is possible to pay each.

Delivery times

Netherlands and Belgium:
For more than 30,000 items we have a delivery time of 24 hours if it is ordered and paid before 16:30.

Other destinations in Europa:
Delivery within two to three days without additional costs.

In case your ordered item(s) by incremental sales is (are) not in stock, your shipment will be delayed for about 72 hours.

Returns

As a service and customer-focused organization, we want to keep our customers satisfied. Of course, we understand if you return goods. We only ask you to follow our return procedure for a smooth arrangement.

We operate a cooling-off period of ten days. Within this period, you can mention what you want to return.

Check, prior to contact with one of our employees, whether the “return exception” refers to your return. We would like to receive the corresponding order number and which item(s) you would like to return. We also would like to be informed regarding the reason for the return, so we can better serve you in the future.

Exceptions
We use a few exceptions where goods cannot be returned:

  • Products must not have been used.
  • Goods must be in the original packaging. Packaging must not be opened or damaged.
  • Linear shafts and rails which are often customer specific.
  • Extreme numbers, which are specially ordered.
  • Products that deviate from our standard range.

We do no credit any additional costs. Think of shipping, courier or express delivery costs.

Return policy:
Pace you have the permission of our customer service, you can return the products. Upon receipt a credit note will be sent and the amount will be refunded within five working days to the account that you have paid with.

Guarantee

We do not provide any guarantee. The assessment is done by the manufacturer. We will mediate between you and the manufacturer during the settlement.
